They were only here 3 years but everyone loved them.
They probably moved there thinking it was a safe place to move. And it probably would have been.

Finally...80 degrees chores done. Grass cut, hot tub drained and refilled, patio power washed, pool cleaned and pool heater engaged. Survived the winter.

Hot tub has 2 pleated filters, just installed new ones as well as the 4 for the heyward pool filter. Pool and tub were my first retirement gifts to myself in 2012 and well worth it. Was lucky to have the Dynasty Span factory nearby in Athens, TN for some good deals. They make them for international customers so many different brands are really the same. I got a branded Trevi spa, a Quebec, Canada seller.

I was asking because the lake house I bought last December has a hot tub and it has an ozone generator. So no chlorine needed. But it must need some sort of maintenance, and I don’t know if there’s any filters. Of course the hot tub store is closed due to CV19....

No hail at my house, but Nashville got hammered with winds, large power outage reported. Seems like Tornado alley has shifted east to TN. Glad I have an underground basement.
