41 headed for 60's...motorcycle weather for sure as soon as I get the little boat set on my new trailer frame so I know where to put the rollers. Using the tractor with the homemade boom to lift the boat. gunna get back to the Pioneer soon...I think.

Hell I don’t know. Down here the market controls pricing, and Home Depot, just as an example, sets their price for a sheet of 7/16 OSB at 30% over cost, and most of our OSB is a product of Canada....🤔

Stopped by our office in Las Vegas on the way in and picked up a new SuperATV rear tinted windscreen for the Talon and a new radiator and a new gas tank for ole blue...

Tomorrow and Tuesday I’ll complete the final two required details on the house and then call for grand final inspection hoping to receive our Certificate of Occupancy.....🤞🤞🤞

Actually, he's smarter than I and is able to post pictures on the site. I had hopes my new computer would allow me to do this by my own self...maybe it will at some point in the future. I remain indebted to Caper for using his capability to post photo's for me which of course is above and beyond.
