View attachment 120287 Anybody need a trail chipper.
My brother works at the container terminal and just sent me this.
It would make a trail out of woods. :)

Have you been out a lot. It’s been so friggen cold. Snow is finally gone.

I was out last Saturday with 2 other machines. Did 54 km in 3.5 hrs on the fire roads on Butler rd. Near Murphy Lake, Kings co. It was 19 degrees here on Sunday, had to get my boat out of the garage so I could have some room the work.

I did just buy a winch strap at my favourite store. Princess Auto. $6 Canadian. So about $2 American. :)

Question for @trigger if your around.
With the skid that I’m ready to order, does the mud pile up on top of the skid plate in front of the back tires. And does it come out fairly easy. :)
Thanks

Haha. It’s going to be nice here too Sunday. Around 50. But of course I have to switch summer tires on. I’m going to try and make the afternoon. Haha. :) We’ll see.

Good thing about this time of year is that all the big holes are still iced up and easy to move across.

Yesterday probably made a lot of mud. :) There is still frost in some spots.

Ya, had to get my new tires on my CRV today and traveled down the 101 highway and there is a lot of water in the ditches from the rain. We have a lot of trails running along that highway but it won't be fit to be on them until it really dries up. Some holes there would literally cover our machines up over the hood. I got stuck last year in one before I got my winch on. Not much fun.

I put Blackwaters on. To help in deep mud. Work great. Great on pulling back out of ruts too.

Mud does build up on top of the skid, don't think that can be avoided with any of them? After the Takeover last year I dropped the skid plates without shoring them up with anything underneath and swear I about broke my damn arm they were so heavy. There was about 3" of solid heavy mud across the whole thing and it weighed about 80 lbs.

That's why I don't run A arm guards any more after getting the Supper ATV A arms!

Installed some new tires and rims today. I went with ITP steel wheels and 26x9x12 bighorn knockoffs. Running a 1.5 inch spacers on the rear.

Big Thanks to Mudder! He recommended Rockin Ron’s in Cleveland, TN. Great guy and great prices.

Winch is next. Plan to install this weekend if my parts arrive.

Great set up! And that place is the best. I have 2 sets on my King quads for 3 years and they hold up great!
