Me and my trailered yellow P500 passed another trailered yellow P500 in Mitchell SD this evening. We're one our way to Montana to chase elk

How cool is that. I'm in an area where I know there's a lot of owners and I've still yet to see a trailered P5. I have seen quite a few 700/1000's though.

Went over to Wisconsin on the Cheese Trails today, been riding over there since September of 2014 ,meet a P500 for the first time today, we gave each other a big wave, wouldn't you know it was another yellow one ,after I just changed my plastic out for yellow this week.

That's great, he probably just thought you liked it, not that you liked it and had one too. I get a lot of that when I'm hauling mine back and forth across the country. Never thought that one of those people may have their own!

Been working on getting my new Superwinch installed... It's all bolted up, and I mounted the switch and remote switch adapter, and mounted the solenoid and wired the winch to it. I still need to run the wires from the battery to the front and connect power to the switch. I'll post some pics when I get it done. Taking my time and doing it right! Thanks to all that have posted here about installing winches. It's not super hard, but the pics are helpful.

Here's a pic before I started any wiring. Hopefully finish it up tonight! The KFI mount is very nice. The superwinch bolted right to it without having to drill or anything. And all the hardware uses lock nuts so nothing will vibrate loose.

Done!!! Under the dash on the left side under the cup holder is a great place to mount the remote switch connection. Totally out of the way. The superwinch kit is very complete. I used black zip ties instead of the ones supplied in the kit because I hate the cheesy look of the white ones. Lol. Thanks to all who have posted here about installing winches because I used your photos for help. Also, I mounted the ground to the chassis ground. That's where Honda does in in their winch instructions. If it's good enough for them, it's good enough for me.

Now I guess I should go get stuck! ;)
