Stainless flex coupler welded to the collector and slip fit into the muffler. Not much room to work. Hit it with a little header paint. SS 2" pipes through out, magna flow muffler.

The rear tip section bolts on like stock. Cut the muffler tip off, welded the core back to the case and put in rivet nuts to bolt the tail pipe on.

Finished the rear winch mount, tow hook/cage support and rear cover.

Man that is slick. Is the y pipe/tip section prefab or is that your own creation?
