I believe I measure 1.7 rocker ratio.

Exhaust valve opens at 1 mm (0.04 in) lift 20° BBDC
Exhaust valve closes at 1 mm (0.04 in) lift -10° ATDC

What's the base circle on both lobes of both cams?

Intake lobe should have the smaller base circle since it is direct acting cam over bucket and the exhaust has a rocker ratio. Correct?
