I have my blue seas fuse box mounted where you have your ACR. After playing in mud and water on a recent ride I found, after inspection, that the drain holes filled with mud and it was holding about an inch of water. Solved the problem by drilling a few extra holes! Also used dielectric grease on connections.
Look forward to seeing it when finalized!

Have you had any issues with the setup. What is your second battery? I'm concerned that may yellow top is 4 x stronger (larger storage) than the stock battery. A lot of people believe they need to be same size and age! Your thoughts?

They need to be the same size and age, they also need to be for offroad use so they can handle the beating it will take.

No issues! I'm running the same system as you without the PDM. I run everything off the Yellowtop including winch! Just added another amplifier to my system and at idle everything looks good. Hopefully I can take her out this weekend and work her hard!

How low does you voltage drop when you got it all on? Mine is going from 13.9 to 13.3 when I turn on the 50" light bar. Thanks for your response.

Mine strts from 14.1 on both batteries. Primary holds constant without factory headlights and secondary runs about 13ish with party lights & stereo, blowers, rock lights. I will post after testing this weekend on usage.

I'm about the same numbers as you Eltobi with the majors on. I know everyone says the same age, same size and same type but i think some of that goes out the window when they have an iso in between them. Even kills the connection between them while not running. They are actually getting charged separately in terms. Really shouldn't matter.

Got enought to make two more panels if you would like a piece. It's hell to cut. Metal cutting cutoff wheel is recommended. Took 1.5 hours to cut out.
