Only one split bearing. Solid outer race and 2 inter split races. The little greaser puts grease in between the races.

Looks good David! I did this a while back as I’ve had to change the bushings twice now. I did cut a groove in the bushing in three sides to allow grease to enter the bearing surface and get to the outside cup seal.

It’s so satisfying to use these knowing that I am prolonging the life.

Thought about grooving but there is not a lot of meat on the bone

There’s not much there but I grooved the metal sleeve not the plastic one and it was very shallow. I’ll probably should have did driver side different from the passenger side and see which one last longest.

I'm assuming you felt something loose and went to investigate ?

I wish. Upper a-arm (front) mounting tabs. Superatv bushings and inter sleeve seized on bolt. Bolt became piviot point. Bolt cut 20% in too. Get grease in arms boys and girls. I thought the bushings where wore out not so. Bolt was tight.

I packed the bushings and greased the bolts during assembly, hope this buys me some time!

I think Super ATV forgot to make a grease passage through the sleeve to the bolt. A grease zirt to no where, is what they have! Take the zirk out and drill a hole through the sleeve.
