What is the "PIONEER TAKEOVER"
  • Our goal is to bring together a large group of Honda Pioneer owners and riders for a Group Ride Friday and Saturday with a friendly get together and meal Saturday evening around a bonfire.
  • The event is begin organized by the Honda SxS Club by its members for its members.

  • DAY, Open ride during the day. Ride as you wish or meet up with other riders.
  • Large Group Ride. TBD!
Saturday
  • Open Group Rides.
    - Requesting riders group up on their own to limit guided adventures.
  • ALL DAY Groups!
  • Registered Groups are as follows. (signup will be required for these!)
    - AM, 1/2 day beginers group!
    - PM, 1/2 day moderate group!
  • Times are TBD.
  • Goal return time - 5-6pm!
Saturday evening - Hang out around the campfire for a meet-n-greet.
  • Dinner at 7pm.
  • Food - We are looking at providing a catered meal Saturday for all guest

We are planning some guided adventures.
Mostly Saturday and will include.
  1. A easy beginners group that will ride to a waterfall and back.
  2. And a all day group or 2 that want to hit several POI's across the park.

Anyone know of another local campground at Ride Royal Blue? Called a couple of days ago and everything is full except RV campsites. Also looks like Eagle Campground won't be open for business by the takeover either. There's five of us coming and thought we might primitive camp out on the trail but don't really want to leave our vehicles in an unsecured location. Anybody know of any other campgrounds nearby?

You could try windrock park. They have cabins.

Windrock park is a pretty good haul from RRB. There used to be a state park campground in Jellico TN but that’s a pretty good haul as well

You could always do the motel also and just ride the trails back and forth everyday.
