I'm guessing the majority have their permits by now but IF YOU DON'T...... There is a TWRA App. which is what I used to buy mine. Then it's right there handy on your phone when the Ol' Danger Ranger wants to see it.

Rideroyalblue.com lists the options needed for out of state.
Option 38 is only valid for one day. I don’t know if it is the day you purchase, or can be specified.
