Multi 2nd annual mulberry ride - March 2-4

My buddy Tim is going to come out and camp and ride on his new Polaris sportsman 1000. Pretty neat bike. Front and rear winches, heated seat and grips, navigation built in, crazy how nice these things are now.

He said he loves them. They ride better than tires and make it much more stable than with tires also. I’m curious to see how he does through the ruts and small ledges an stuff.

I will try to be ready by 10am, but doubt it will be done. I am driving in that morning and setting up camp. I will catch you guys if I know where you’re going though. I think @Ragnar406 is the trail chief. Ask him. It would have been @Tigermark but he is a dickhead and moved to liberal Lala land.

A few of my friends have tracks. It basically turns any ATV or SXS into a mountain goat. It is amazing the places they will go. I have never seen one flipped or rolled with tracks. I realize anything is possible if you try hard enough but the stability of tracks is amazing.

I am not sure @Tigermark ever lead one of our rides lol

I am sure by 10am we wil have several ready to get on the trail but it all depends on what time the Thursday night ride gets in We will just need to plan out where we want to go and how long we want to stay out on Friday and if we are riding that night - pretty sure there will be night rides (of some sort) every night

For everyone riding Thursday/Friday/Sat make sure to bring some extra gas to camp as they do not have any on site. Also when you check in they do sell maps of the mill creek trail in the office. Also Maplets has a downloadable map that is gps located - it shows you where you are on the map.

Yeah.. I think it cuts speed down by about a 1/3

Mill creek is well mapped. The national forest which is the better trails I think are not mapped publicly anywhere.

I would like to know if there is a mapping app that Android users can use. I won't be able to make the mulberry take over. found out a lil too late. but will be there march 16-17 to ride with my kids. looking for a app I can use with map of trails.

Go figure I'm gonna start a damn service for google and strap a dome camera on my pioneer and get payed by google to map them and call them trail view
