SATV changed something in the hardcoat on the Talon windshields. My Pioneer hard-coat flip up has been to war and only has a few well deserved scratches on it after a few thousand miles in the trees, brush, and rocks. The Talon windshield on the other hand, looks like someone hit it with a belt sander @ 250 miles.
Just for that reason I like a glass windshield
