Very nice!

PSS Savannah Blue was the second Prismatic Powder color we tried for a shifter plate and a Talon dash plaque and it matched very close to the Matte Kyanite Blue. Bosman offers it, too.

I talked to Prismatic, and ordered about 60 swatches. Savannah blue is close to the base color. I sanded the top coat off and buffed the base coat. The matte metallic clear was going to be too hard to match.

No, you'll NEVER match a multi-coat, multi-product paint finish with a single powder coat, regardless of color. But it's pretty damn close on my shifter plate and Talon dash plate from 10-80 Dirt Sports.

Besides, these are SXS, not show cars for Autorama ... 😉

JBL Rally Bar XL installed. Clamps and brackets are provided to mount to a straight tube, but the Talon's upper rear bar is tapered about 4 degrees down on each side, so off to the milling machine:

Rubber strips go on top of the brackets. Velcro straps are provided to hold the soundbar up while the clamps are being installed:

A "G clamp" is provided to close the bar clamp so the bolt can be inserted:

I had routed a hose from the engine to the front for the SuperATV heater while I had the skid plate off. I also made room for the blower & heater core assembly while doing the wiring, but never took time to finish the installation until last weekend. The process is a PITA for most steps.

Drill 2 1/2" holes in the dash to install metal plates and nozzles. Fine except the nozzles are 2 11/16" on the outside! Die grinder enlarged the holes, but made a mess.

The 2 1/2" holes are fine for the lower nozzles.

The hoses are snug on the nozzle barbs, and getting them on the blower plate barbs is difficult. Attaching the plate to the blower with the 2nd battery in place was tough.

Raise front of vehicle and drain coolant. Nope:

I wanted to use the coolant flow out of the oil cooler instead of the flow to the radiator, so I put a 3 way T-port valve in the oil cooler hose:

The coolant out of the heater goes to the lower radiator hose. I didn't install a coolant flow valve; I'm waiting to see if it's necessary.

I recently installed a JBL Rally Bar XL. It sounds great with plenty of bass, but it makes the aluminum roof vibrate. I had boat decking for the roof that I didn't get around to installing, so now was the time. Much better, but some other things still vibrate. I think it's the back windshield and fuse box cover.
