After surveying the install, I was able to re-route the coax cable in a way that avoided having to cut it. I went ahead and installed everything (permanently) and buttoned up the Talon. The only things left to add from the RR project are the Axia Alloys jack mounts and headset hanger (all behind/above the seats on the ROPS), but those will be easily mounted without having to take anything apart once they get here later this week.

After initial testing of the intercom (including Bluetooth to a mobile device for music and phone calls), the G1 GMRS radio, and the STX headsets, I'm satisfied all is well. I tested with and without the engine running and various accessories turned on, and there doesn't appear to be any significant interference being picked up by the intercom.

I did install the antenna in the ROPS mount that was most likely intended for a flag (right rear), and that corner of the rear window was the only place I could not avoid running the coax for the antenna next to the wiring for the LED whip lights. Again, so far, no significant RF interference from it. Time will tell.

Picked up a couple pair of 2" split collar weldable tube clamps. I haven't started the design yet, but these will likely be the base for my custom tire carrier. I want it on top, but I need to make sure I can still open my Milwaukee Packout boxes, preferably without having to "open" or move the tire carrier. I haven't seen anything prefabricated that seems to fit that bill. So, we shall see ...

Ordered the wrong size Axia Alloys clamps for my Rugged Radio jack mounts. Grrr. Forgot the crossbar behind the seats was 1.375", not 2". Reordered the clamps only.

I also relocated the antenna for the GMRS radio. I didn't like it low in the back (Talon flag mount on ROPS). The Axia antenna mount worked great to get it up top and above the roofline, but still inside the ROPS. Pic later.

Got the last of the Axia Alloys mounts installed today. 2x headset hangers (each with another side to hang other things), 2x headset jack mounts, and the antenna mount.

Nothing special but ordered a spare System3 SB-4 wheel to match the set on the buggy. Now to get round to building that spare tire mount.
