Aluminum skid off, gotta take a screwdriver to the frame tommorow when I have some light to clean the mud out of all the nooks and crannies. Already a couple hundred pounds lighter I bet.

Trail Armor skids are on, but definitely gonna have to trim up the area in the front wheel well.

I'm running 28 inch evos with no arms and I was rubbing at full cock on my skids. I heated with propane torch and bent them up and fixed it. Now I'm rubbing the spot in the white circle at full compression. I wish I would have kept those superatv arms now. Lol

😁😁

I like the torch idea! I'll definitely try that route before cutting. I really like the arms, I knew you'd want 'em back, lol.

Havent updated anything in a while ,but I recently added Fox shocks all the way around and today I finally put on @jak9922 's stainless brake lines. They seemed to help the pedal feel a little and they seem to stop better if you have to get on the brakes hard. But most importantly they wont be as easily pinched/cut as the factory soft lines.

Just a word of advice.. I would put dielectric grease on all the connectors and connections as there’s so much moisture, crud and corrosion over time. It’ll save you aggravation down the road and it’s easy to do now while everthing is clean and fresh.
In the last few years I have switched to using Kopr-Shield from Thomas & Betts on all my electrical connections for my marine, automotive and RV wiring jobs. It improves the electrical conductivity and eliminates the corrosion from moisture. It is messy, so I "acquired" eyelash brushes from my wife's supplies to use to apply it. It only takes a little bit to be effective. Don't just plaster it on and get it all over because it is conductive. I got tired of all the silicone contamination on everything from the Dielectric compound.

Haven't posted any updates in a long while, really no major updates done, but time for some much needed maintenance. I had a rear axle boot torn, so I replaced the axle with Rhino 2.0. The plan is to change the boot and have a spare rear axle. Also the front end has became very loose at highway speeds and very squeaky just working the steering wheel. After jacking up the front end it was very obvious the A Arm bushings are toast. I installed @RB3offroad bushings when I installed the @SuperATV A arms in November 2019. After about 1500 miles they are shot. So for now I put my original super atv bushings in. Just contacted Garage Products for a set of their bushings to replace all 4 corners with. I've heard nothing but rave reviews on the Garage Products bushings.
