P1000 Broken CV axle causing this?

Broke the passenger front CV axle today. Mudhole was much worse than we thought. The bigger issue im facing is now the machine will not shift out of first gear. I can manually upshift however, but auto does not upshift, but will downshift Also the indicator for 2wd is not changing when i move into turf or into 4wd. Do i have a bigger issue that just the CV? i thought i read somewhere about the front tires spinning causes the transmission to shift, but i cant recall. Any infor is much appreciated

This thread and last post was 4-1/2 yrs ago. The OP hasnt been on the forum since then as well.

Are u having the same issue or just asking in general? If your having the same issue, id suggest starting a new thread for some fresh looks.
Aslo provide some pics, Make, model, yr and miles of your rig and above all pics of your rig. You havent done that yet anyway.
