Yes, There is a slight dovetail. My machine went in and rubbed a bit on the garage door spring cover the first time. After riding all day yesterday, when loading and unloading today. It didn't rub at all.

How bout you quit pissin and moanin and just buy a damn trailer. If you converted all your "research" hours into something productive you could be out with your new trailer having fun by now. Be more like @nbomar ...just buy something and make it work.

Just ordered a Spartan, 8x18, 7ft tall with dove tail, v nose, 2 side vents, 6 tie downs. Door height 81”. 5200 axles. Like pic but longer. P500 needs 76 tall and with a Rancher atv, needed 15’8”. Similar color scheme matches truck as well.

You’re killing me @Mudder... when will you get it? Are they delivering to Chattanooga?

Yes, price included local delivery. Guessing on 2800 lbs empty or a little more. Thats why 5200 axles, read potential repair cost of torsions, so with minimal use for sxs, went with leaf springs. Had to stop somewhere, Uncle Sam is wanting a check from me. Forum gets me in trouble, first new truck, now a trailer...LOL. 6-8 weeks delivery quoted. Went a bit bigger, but maybe it will help if I ever try to sell it to those guys with a bigger sxs. Big enought for a bunk and junk.
