P1000 CV temp??

i would think its just heat transfer like mentioned before if you boots arnt swelling up you should be fine. can you smell grease burning?

unless the grease got contaminated with dirt and water to cause the bearings to heat up but at that point you would get the " clicking"

I at first thought that was the reason they were heating up.. (they were “breaking” in)but I would have thought it would have worked it’s way in at temps reaching liquid state!
