no 2.5" rubber fender, they are flexible, should be ok to fit 50" gates.

Here is my solution for rear fenders -
Flexy Flares Side Mount Rubber Fender Extensions 2.25"
and HDPE for front (in the production)

Do you have a web link to that basket on your rack?
Hi guys,
We'll be starting fabrication on the P500 fender flares within the next couple months. Those of you with aftermarket wheels and/or lifts, please let us know how much additional coverage you need! Also, we have yet to locate a Pioneer 500 in the Phoenix area. If any of you have one and are willing to let us borrow it for a week, please let us know!
I believe the extra coverage that will be needed with most of the aftermarket rims and tires we have would be anywere from 2.5 to 3inchs of extra coverage your to far for me to loan my p500 im from new York sorryHi guys,

I am interested in making some for my P500. I have 1" spacers with 26" bighorn 2's, and would like to add about 2" to each side fender. I do have a few questions:
- Will the flexy flares work on the front? or the HDPE gives much better coverage at a lower price?
- Just bolt thru or rivet the flexy to the rear fenders?
- What is the right type of blade for cutting the HDPE?
Thx in advance.
I looked into doing flexy on the front, but was not happy how they cover doors from splashes and how sturdy they will be. U can try, I have spare flexy guards from doing rear fenders .
- either way, I just liked rivets for rear fenders.
- no specific blade, I used same as for uhmw plastic when I did skid plate. Do not have saw at my place now. But try to YouTube uhmw cutting with table saw. They have type of blade that would not burn and cut fine plastic. I would say medium teeth length.

I cut vinyl siding by putting the blade in backward in a circular saw. Just can't go too fast or you'll melt it.I looked into doing flexy on the front, but was not happy how they cover doors from splashes and how sturdy they will be. U can try, I have spare flexy guards from doing rear fenders .
