It was a very simple cut, I did not have to cut along 48" , may then it would start to melt, but I cut across 12" no problems at all. Use any blade you have now. With UHMW I had to cut longer pieces, and still it works with blade I found at the shop. I had no choices, just had circular saw and the blade it had. Dont sweat just try to cut HDPE and you will find out. At the rear you can use Chooglin mode, very creative I think. Once I burn my BH 2.0 fron 9" I will put 1" spacers on the rear and 11" tires all around for better flotation. And most likely use Chooglin mode to extend rear fenders. I wish I would come with this idea ealier, looks way better then flexy flares.

hi guys,

New here. Looking at getting a P500 this spring and planning on 30" tires on 12" beadlocks with more offset to keep some stability with the bigger tires.

Rode a P500 for the first time last week and was very impressed with the stability in stock form.

The reason for 30´s is because our trails are very rough with lots of rocks. My Rhino on 27" Mudlites did ok however I want more ground clearance and a smoother ride that I feel can be accomplished with big tires running low air pressures.

Does anyone make fender flares for the P500? I assume with any offset I will be getting mudy amd would like to avoid it if possible.

Thanks!
26" and up will rob power on the P5 especially if you do any high altitude riding but even lower elevations you will lose a lot with 30's.
