Yes the F50. They are sold as a set, about $850 for the front set, ane the same for the rear. There may be different part numbers for the 5 seat model, not sure but the dealers should know.

I agree.. I'm not going to adjust my shocks on the trail when there's 456 adjustments. I would actually use the adjustment settings on the fox shocks though. It will actually make adjustable shocks useful outside of set it and forget it. And if you want the presets adjusted you can send them in and they'll add or subtract to them.

Yeah simplify.......operator friendly.

I ordered mine from American Honda Motor Company. Employees and retirees can order direct from Honda at the employee store. The high end Fox Shocks are standard on the 2016 Yamaha Wolverine so I know all the high end aftermarket shocks make a huge improvement. I sold the Wolverine to get the Pioneer 1000.

The stock shocks have a really good ride until we start driving it like a sport model. It looks like Fox Shocks will be on the Sport Models and we should see them next year. Honda went from 6th to 2nd in utility sales in 3 years. I expect they will be going after the Sport market next.

Why did you get rid of the wolverine? What did you not like?

Top speed was 53. Other then the small engine its a wonderful UTV in every way. I needed a high top speed and wanted the 1,000 cc engine plus I'm a Honda guy and I just hate belt drive. Had 2 rhino's, 2 Teryx, 3 Polaris and all go through belts especially Polaris and Teryx. Got just a bit under 8,000 miles on my 2016 Yamaha YXZ and its a keeper for high speed rides. Waiting on the Honda Sport but I can get by with the YXZ and Pioneer 1000 for another year. I expect the Fox Shocks will make the Pioneer way better at the higher speeds.

FOX Shocks Part # / Prices
  • Front Shocks Part #– 08Z70-HL4-F00
    • Price: $849.95
  • Rear Shocks Part # – 08Z71-HL4-F00
    • Price: $879.95
  • Availability: January 2017
The price and part number is for 2 each. Front $849.95 is for 2 shocks, so a full set is $1729.90 plus tax. Some of the other brands cost more but have more adjustments. The target date was December 15th but it didn't happen so they will be available in January. I have mine ordered.

Did you get your new shocks?

I should get them next week and the dealers too. They are in stock but just need some paper work completed to release them.
