shocks are in and all installed. What a difference they make. Only was able to put about 10 miles of trail riding in but i was able to go about 15mph faster over stuff i bottomed out on before. The wife even asked what did i do to the machine as it feels so much smoother. Money well spent in my opinion coming from RZR's

Thats great to hear. Were you able to ride any really rough and rocky slower speed stuff to see how they performed there? I think the high speed bottom resistance will be way better, but i'm really hoping the slow speed bump compliance is way better. I feel like the stock shocks are a little too jerky on rocky trails. I'd hope the fox shocks are more progressive in that they might be softer on top but ramp up to avoid bottoming. I'm guessing the rebound is a little better too.

Got my fox shocks today. Installed in less than an hour. No need for wheel removal.

1000-5 sits 2” taller at 78”. That’s not good news for my 76” trailer door. Guessing it will settle back to stock 76” height once I put some miles on the new shocks?

Have you driven it around yet? Run around in some grass or gravel and it should settle.

Mine sits just a little taller from the new shocks. Don’t remember exactly how much.

I would agree that it should drop a little bit once it's been driven if you jacked up the machine. I'd expect it to be about 1-1.5" taller than stock with Fox shocks

Or a full cooler of beer in the back would probably lower it enough to fit in the trailer.

You’ll get a little spring sag over time as well. So if you’re having to squeeze in from the start it should get a little better.
