Got tired of not having any tiedowns when hauling stuff in the bed. Got some 5/16 eye bolts. Drilled holes through the square tube...should be plenty stout.

Ive got the bed liner that has a nifty slot for a 2 X 6 and makes a separate storage area, that I put my chainsaw in, think I will do the same in the 2 X 6. Good idea.

I put these tiedown points inside the bed...






They're rated at 500 lbs which is more than the stock bolt or attachment point. Haven't tried it yet but looks like it will work. They are $1.05 each.

Then on the outside I mounted some small ones for my cargo net. These are smaller in hopes they will break before the plastic nut certs pull out.

That is the truth for sure - does not seem to matter how long I spend washing I always miss some dirt on mine

I give up, I hose it down every couple of weeks, and then usually go ride the next day
