I have spent the last couple months mocking up stuff. Even tried a few that were posted on here..just never could make it work like I wanted it to...I finally get to a point where I'm like screw it..just want it done.

I have been thinking about a dual system, one for intake and one for heat, one on each side. Electricians use a oven to soften up PVC pipe and mold it to what ever shape needed?

Be sure and post pics if you do. And I'll do the same. There's ample room between the bed if you cut the piece of plastic protruding. Personally I don't have a problem with doing that.

You'll like it. I have one as well. Wife didn't think she would at first but after a bumpy trail we drive on that she usually bounces all over hells creation, she was very happy to not be. So happy wife happy wife they say.

When went riding around the other night and the wife is very happy with them. I was concerned about the pads on them getting wet so I put 3 coats of scotch guard on them.

Pads will rub you raw if you keep too much slack in them.
