It looks like the boot has slipped out of the clamp enough to let grease push out. Ill get a better look tomorrow.

Ok so i got impatient and decided to tear down the axle. Got it all apart and cleaned, everything looks good. Regreased it, and managed to get factory bands back on. So at this point i was pretty proud of myself lol.

Then i drove it.......
It pulled the boot back out of the band...SOB!!
Got the bright idea to put a big hose clamp on it to get through the weekend. The boot wouldnt stay in place so i got pissed and tore it all back apart and put one of the new boots i got in today on it. Hopefully it stays on this time. Have to say im pretty impressed with the Tusk brand band tool and cutter...seem to be good quality and worked well.

I finally finished up my wiring over haul nightmare...for everyone out there DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!!! I did not.. so here os what i started with. Im a little embarrassed to even show this.

So here is the remedy.
Dual batt setup all new wiring and some other fun stuff.
Mighty Max battery
True isolator
Stinger solenoid
Blue seas fuse panel
PBR 14 slot switchplate
And lots of heatshrink tubing and connectors.

Dont remember whos idea it was to bend some 1/4 in bar and thread it to make a battery tie down...but whoever you are..thanks..it works great.
