The only thing I can figure is I guess they want you to mount the contactor right next to the winch. But switch the cable around and works good!
That's what we figured as well. They are way too short doing it like they want. As long as it works, all I care about right?

Got tired of the front end being so soft with all the weight I'm getting so put some coil spacer on. Stopped by the local steel shop had the's cut for 5 bucks.
Suspension feels much better to me now and leveled it up nicely. IMG 20170331 201259090 IMG 20170402 151236833 IMG 20170331 211421573

And your happy with the height of the spacer?

Yes. I wasn't looking for height..Just wanted to stiffen up the fromt end. We put about 30 miles on today and I was really happy with the way it handled..And honestly think it rode better too.

Thats what im looking for also. Did it stop it from bottoming out the shocks. I dont know when it happened but with a bumper and winch our last time i bottomed the front out 8-10 times.

I'll be honest I had the wife and kids so I wasn't running that hard. I'm sure it will help with the bottoming out. If you go to a metal shop you could have a few cut different heights to see what works best. It's super easy to change out.
