I have some on my machine and yeah you don't want to hit them too hard with the pressure washer. I usually wipe those areas down by hand after soaking. Most of mine I've put on the underside of the roof but still have a ton of stickers to go somewhere.

Anyone ever do an alignment on these things or feel the need to? Either my steering wheel was put on crooked or the tierods need adjusting.

Had to center steering wheel after power steering mod. Easy with single nut under cap. Also did the alignment check using string method. Within spec.

I checked the alignment and it was ok, so i recenterd the wheel.
However I never did check to see if the rack was centerd correctly.

I think somthing moved after the first ride.
Never dug in to it too much but it's on the list .

  1. Talon R
I copied this earlier. It's about a Talon but might give you an idea.

PaulF on steering wheel alignment -

My R turned more to one side because the dealer just threw on the steering wheel to a non-centered rack (came non-centered from the factory) so if you do it yourself, make sure and center your rack (not the steering wheel) and then set your toe to the centered rack. Once the rack is centered and the toe is set, then remove and center your steering wheel if necessary.

You can also center the rack and then center the wheel if needed, then set your toe.

I am not sure if you know much about alignments in general but I did a "real" alignment on my pioneer 1000-5. The rear is not adjustable and looks terrible. My steering wheel was off center. I later swapped for the High Lifter arched control arms at all 4 corners and did a second alignment. I do not have a picture of that alignment but the rear toe and camber was MUCH better and closer to even to each other. My steering wheel was crooked from the day I bought it.

Currently just using the cheapest winch mount I could find. I'm still undecided on which bumper to get, EMP VS strongmade. I like that the Strongmade is full width of the machine, looks like the EMP stops at the edge of the lights.
BUT, I like that the EMP's top bar thingy sticks out further then the winch itself, which I guess only really matters if I'm gonna go tree bashing or something. I'll probably end up getting the strongmade, once I make up my mind.
Take a look at the Bison. I was about to order a Strongmade but ran across the Bison that gives a lot more protection and I use stock Honda winch mount with it.
