I agree. That's pretty close to what I'm running. (27"x11"x14") You'll like the floatation on the front end. I've heard the HTRs run true to size, or just a little bigger. My actual diameter (@10psi) is about 26.75". Can you get a measurement on yours. If they are actually 26.5" or so, I may have an option for replacements. Ha! Really like the looks of the HTRs.
