AFIK - this is newly released. It was posted on the Exclusively VH FB group page. I read that this was Dave's last tour with the band in the 80's era before he came back in 2007. 4 more performances after this one and he was gone (fired/quit). I also read to watch it before it gets pulled off of Youtube. This was posted 20 hours ago and only has 23K views.
