Well I finally got most of the additions installed. Starting with making it street legal, honda winch, lights, front trailer hitch, for moving trailers up long driveways and tight corners. 450 amp Boss music speakers, functional side mirrors, rear extended trailer hitch (easier to hook up). Of course still more to hook up, but I see the light at the end of tunnel.

I just sold my Polaris mid size and bought the PK5 Red also but none of the accessories will be here for another week. Have only taken it for a
short Demo.

All I can say is good move. I think you will love it. I was in your situation just before xmas. Takes a while to get things together, take your time, see what others have done to same rig and go for it. Happy trails, Franz

Mirrors are from Quadatec, made for 97 jeep, fit great and removable which is what I needed to get into trailer. About $60.00 or so.

Did you fab the front receiver or is it a kit?
Front receiver I found at Harbor freight supplies, about $30., was able to use one of the honda winch bolt holes, had to drill adjacent one to mount front of hitch, drilled two rear bolt holes into heavy honda winch mount bumper mount. Ended up very sturdy for what I need. Needed front trailer hitch to move around my smaller jet boat parked on side of house. Also mounted trailer hitch on rear of trailer for 1000-5 so I can back it up on other side of house against fence in RV parking spot.

It looks like you cut out part of the bash plate to make room for the receiver? I am putting a front receiver on my P1k, and when I saw your pic, I was happy, because I was about to cut out a piece to make room , but I was hesitant to cut. I love this forum, what a wonderful resource.
