I get that and it's fine... my whole point was spinning off of what you had already said. It's not as safe as a car.. I post a picture of a car test crash at slower speeds.. it was destroyed.. soooo my point was if a car looks like that at a slower speed crash the Honda will be worse.. hence it doesn't matter if you're going 40 or 60 if you have a bad crash like that... dead is dead

I don't know what your objective is, that I may as well drive 60 because if I crash at 40 I'm dead anyway??? I have no interest at driving 60 in my SxS, 40 is a much safer speed is the point.

I think switching to an automotive tire will greatly increase its on road manners though

That I'm sure of, may come back from PROTC and leave them on. I've got two miles of chip sealed county road to travel between properties, so a safer tire would be nice. There's a sound reason why DOT only approves certain tires for hardtop surfaces.

I even followed your instructions and ordered the Trail Armor kit and it arrived today. Come to Tulsa and help me install it before I abuse it this weekend!

Just flop it over on it's side a and install skids, no problem! Or if you have a hoist, put a strap around the top of the ROPS and tilt it on a 40 degree, fit all panels lose to fit and then, when fitted/ rubber mallet, snug every thing up, easy peasy. 1 hour 45 min. max.
