Like I said compare it with another one. Your dealer should contact the Honda tech line and also contact Showa. Your dealer should check to see if the nitrogen charge is ok especially if no one else is complaining.

No dealer is going to contact Showa, and TechLine knows less then we do these days.

That seems to be the case with most vehicle manufacturers. The online sources know more about what's wrong and how to fix it.

What's even more messed up about that is the manufacturers know this and still don't care. Customer satisfaction and quality seem to have gone out the window and the post covid "good enough" era has ushered its way in.

$1500 each for 2.5 and $2800 each for 3.75? Gold and platinum! My '21 isn't plush by any means with the ST springs but it's totally fine if it takes that much to make it better. Ride in a Teryx T2 for a while then get into a stock Talon of any vintage; it's plush!
Definitely not cheap and built for racing extremes like the Baja 1000. Probably not a solid choice for the weekender, unless you want/need that adjustability.

good enough is Not Good Enough.
If you think side by sides quality is down try looking at RVs and toy haulers! My dad used to say "we are their QC". That sure doesn't make it right!

I have a solution that would make a SIGNIFICANT improvement on your opinion of your stock shocks.

$50 for a 30min ride in my p5 with WE aftermarket shocks. You will quickly recalibrate your attitude to just how good your stock Showas are and see that you, in fact, do no need an aftermarket solution.

$50 is cheap compared to these aftermarket solutions. Even if you have to take the occasional repeat recalibration ride, that's still a bargain!
LOL...after I got my 500 I told the wife that I would NEVER complain about the ride of a 700 again.

My first ride was a P500 that I bought in 2016. As many of you know, that was the machine I built the air-ride set up on, and tested the prototype locker from Torq-Masters. So I can honestly say that the 2024 Talon X on the new Showa shocks, rides only marginally better than that old P500 on cheap automotive air shocks, and in some cases worse!. I'm not exaggerating by any standard. I'm hoping, as of today, I may have found a reasonably priced bolt in solution, but I'm not going to say any more about it until it actually works....
