P1000 New ?? Recall

I remember a recall earlier in 2020. I just got this in the mail, today. It states October 2020.

Electric Power Steering possible defect.

There was also a post card with my info on it. And, below any changes or updates could be made and remitted to Honda. If there are no changes, am I supposed to send in the card that is correct? Or, only if there are discrepancies, and the corrected information noted?

Check bottom steering knuckle bolt for damage. If found, replace bottom steering knuckle.

Had steering arm checked and u joint replaced 2016 P1000-5 with 1600 miles. Took 20 minutes at Honda of NC in Hickory, NC. Great service.
