Thank you guys!!! I can't honestly say that I knew what I was doing on this one. This is the only thing on the Pioneer that had me a couple times. It's by far the hardest project yet. But the wife said they were neededand they don't exist so it has to get done regardless

I'll suggest this to anyone. Check your hinges. The upper especially on the doors.
Not good. These are a cheap design by can be fixed for a can of expansion foam.
Take doors off and then hinges. Spray up in there. I did this even as far back as the 700. Much needed improvement and won't get sloppy again.

Of course I like overkill! My whole doors are filled.
Make sure to grease the pins before install.

While foam is still wet I replaced the cutouts. Probably don't have to but I will. One foam sets I'll clean them up and use soldering iron all the way around them to make solid again. These will be the most solid doors on a sxs.

Any hole in anything I always put a sealer into. Makes more solid and weather tire. 7a03707024feccbc54bca8db37e55efd

Never trust double back tape that comes on things. Hard lessons there I promise even if it says 3m. There isn't just one grade lol. I laid down all my own 3m from automotive paint store for the new weather stripping.

Front door extensions are getting completed. I won't be taking those out when the upper doors come off because when we had the fabric door s they had a similar thing and it kept pine needles out of your beers. But I'd like to be able to and they need to fit good. So again used two part and filled the gaps. To keep it off of the cage and not stick to the wrong part I taped off what I didn't want it on and sprayed wd40 so it wouldn't stick.

Well I guess I'll be up early. Still have to figure out the front window openers. But I'm done for tonight door is nice and solid. Can shake the rig with it. Rubber fits a little tight but it'll wear in.

Better than factory! Truly impressive. Your definitely a talented guy.
Thank you my favorite pistol packer! I'm not sure if it talent or being stubborn with ADD. My wife is positive it's the second but she's mean to me!

Figured I'd post these last couple pics of the rear mount. For the bolt I predrilled through the upper rear cladding bolt hole into the interior. Ran longer bolt through for the mount. The upper hole of the mount I placed a plastic pop rivet into but will replace with Honda plastic body clip next time I put these on. It's a total of 2 hex a ten and then the one clip(all of which are Honda sizes for ease) to remove. Not what I wanted but it's still a minute a door. To install or remove.
