Well I don't like weight up high for sure and and the current hinges will only take so much but will take this I'm thinking.
I've only got the rear mount done that was pretty easy I basically put a longer bolt in the upper back outer cladding piece and a nutsert on on top and built a bracket. The front isn't completed yet but I built a bracket for the inside of the door. I'll update with pictures once completed
I'll be anxiously awaiting photos. Showed my wife and she was duly impressed. Thanks, now I've got to blow your pics up on the PC, print them out and try to duplicate lol.

Like I said I tried a couple different ways and this seems to be the easiest overall. Lexan won't work without a frame, foam won't work with the window inside steel being the easiest is to flipping heavy. If I had endless time and cash I'd do aluminum with lexan cover but it would be a little heavy.
Easy way to start is to take cardboard or better thin foam board and trace it from inside allowing for 10mm seal. It's pretty easy to see where the front needs tilted in on door and upper ROPS cut for that. Then cut that line. I used two-part urethane to hold them then came back on both sides and beveled them out and reurethaned. Countersunk screws top/bottom. Would have liked to use screws all the way but bevels didn't allow for that. Someone may be able to get but without fiberglass because they are strong but it also protects the wood.

Cute pattern on the fabric but don't care what that looks like lol.

Well weather stripping got here yesterday so now I can get things adjusted and mounted. Hopefully this weekend. Actually we've got 5 different types to go through the cab, I'm hopeful it'll all seal. We were planning to go ridding but it's important for us to get doors and the ol lady is pushing a bit, normally doesn't but she apparently likes doors lol.

Got some more done. Had my beautiful helper again today. Getting the rest of the old glue off the windows was a pain! Had to sand and buff some of it. Not perfect on the front windows but it'll live till I can install safety glass. I've decided I want glass. I hate scratches!

Still in the process of building brackets haven't had much time to work on her but the frame sits by itself so that's a great sign

Man that looks good. If you go glass tint them too for sure!
I wasn't going to but after seeing them tinted I'll have the glass cut from same light smoke the windshield is! I love the looks and as my daughter mentioned we have plenty of side light across the machine we'll be fine at night

I love watching a professional, I don't care if it's a professional janitor, welder, marksman, etc. Anyone that is great at what they do is worth checking out no matter how significant the job and you sir are professional.

There's no way I could hang with guys like you. I stopped by snuffnwhisky's shop and checked that custom work he's done. It's top notch too.

Well, I feel pretty worthless now after seeing all the greatness around here. Ooo, beer....I'm good.

We're all good at different things and get inspiration from others that's what makes this site awesome. I've gotten many ideas from you sir and have seen some of the things you do and although what you said means a lot to me I don't find it accurate buddy you do great stuff. It all depends on how bad someone wants something if you go for it you get it done too that's the same thing I do.
