17 or newer might work.
Maybe get on the part fiche and see if the numbers change year to year. I know 16 is 16 only due to seatbelt interupt

My buddies ECU makes it run perfect. Could I get this one I have flashed or will it still be a bad ECU? Just thinking it would be a time to upgrade.

May be able to answer that.

I would think there is a problem internally, a reflash may not correct it.

I would lean towards replacement.
Try a reflash on old one. But have new on hand so your machine isn't down even longer.

Sounds like the Injector driver chip is bad. I would replace.

The new PCM fixed the issue! Now the dash doesn’t show which gear and both MT and AT are always on. I’m guessing something needs reset? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Do a clutch relearn. Search the forum for a guide unless u have a manual.
