P500 Pioneer 500 front bumper helped

I purchased the Honda front bumper for my 2017 pioneer 500. I had a vantage 3000 winch mounted with stock bumper. I can not figure out how to install new bumper. Directions greatly lacking and no videos. I can’t figure out where you use the P clamps it comes with.

Any help would be appreciated.

Can you post a pic? The instructions look clear but I'm not trying to install a bumper.
