Thank you, I just don't have time for FB so I've never joined. The plan is to never join despite all the pressure from friends and family.

I'm sure he will find a way to get the product advertised outside of face book.

Yeah, I made the mistake of doing it when my daughter got married so I could see all the private pics people posted. it was worth it for that... I guess ;)

I chatted with him this morning on FB. For some reason it won't allow him to post here. It is @Scooterchris. He said the site keeps removing his posts. Any thoughts?

Ok, here's what I know about the internal gear reduction. It's a clutch and drive gear replacement. 25% reduction. All testing is done and ready to go on everything from stock tires to 32's. It runs like stock on the 32's. This is all I know. If anyone wants more information they can contact Chris at 386-457-0893.

i live in Brookhaven, MS. The Honda dealer here is one of the highest volume dealers in the US. Im real tight with the service manager and he said there is no recall. i have not had one second trouble out of mine, im hoping not to! im up to 600 miles on my bike and runs fantastic, knock on wood.

I started having this 1,3,5 trans sliding into gear but hitting solid on 2,4,6 gears. Think I have a glazed clutch possibly with less than 200 miles.
I'm a Honda fan all the way but this doesn't make me happy guess I'll see my dealer Tuesday.

Mine failed at 165 miles, Dealer replaced both clutch packs and chamfered the oil relief valves, no more clunk when going through the gears, just a click. It clunked when brand new. If you have a clunker, better talk to your dealer. HA

The new clutch basket has the same part # as the original, what they changed is the chamfering of the oil relief valves. (GET IT)

That's why Honda replaced the clutches under warranty due to oil relief valves.

OK... Explain what is "chamfered"?

I do think that if we can find a way to open up more oil to the clutch the issue will be solved.
More pressure or more volume maybe both. Idk.

Might be some flashing at the inlet or outlet of the casting. Pretty common with castings.

I have to go to my dealer tomorrow to pick up a rear hard panel and will ask if there has been a service bulletin issued for the relief valve chamfer.

I'm still curious if they fixed this issue part way through the production year. I have a mid September of 2016 build date and am very curious.
