Man I envy people with shops the weather had me indoors I needed to finish the snorkel on ours for superbog. I'm going to take a sick day and finish it up this week or work by flashlight in the evenings to get it done. What size hole did you cut into the fender for the snorkel?
I didn’t go through the finder but I cut 2 1/2 inch hole in the plate I made to come through my passenger cup holder

It might be in the bed with his stacks I didn't notice it was missing and I have been right next to it.

Its been a while since I updated this. I will be installing the SuperATV 3" bracket lift and spring spacers today. Looks like a very well made product after I took the bubble wrap off of everything. No instructions though. Its 10:00 a.m. Friday now. Lets see how long this takes and how many tools I throw today. Wish me luck!

Does that fit the 18's with the air deflector? Or do you remove it and remount to the bracket?

I had to pop the 3 plastic rivets and remove the air deflector. It doesnt attach back to the bracket, although I think it could be attached back with not too much difficulty. I removed it altogether though.

Ok so SuperATV threw me for a loop. First, there was no instructions in the box. I kinda get the jist of how it should go together, but still, instructions would be nice. Started on the front and used my old coil spring compressor that I built to take the front shocks apart and install the spacers, got it back together no problem. Started on the back. There was 2 more spacers in the box that were too big for the front, so by process of elimination, I assumed they were for the back. We all know what assume means right? So I go to put the rear springs in my coil spring compressor and the springs are way too big. Im like, no prob, I'll build a bigger coil spring compressor. Spent 2 hours building a nice big coil spring compressor, load the spring in, compress it, take it apart, try to put the spacer in and it's just not making sense. I dont have directions to refer back to so I try watching a few youtube vids, but I cant ever make out where the spacer is on the shock. I go to SuperATVs website, (which I shoulda did before I started this project) and found downloadable directions. Cool. This will show me about the spacers right? Well, it shows you dont use them! I guess they are for a different P1000 model and I got them anyway, which lead to my confusion and pissedofftivity that Im almost over. I didnt throw any tools though. So I'll include a pic of the spring compressor that I built for springs that I didnt need to compress. After I got it all back together I took a measurement from the square frame ends down to the concrete. Ive got 16.5" in the front and 16" in the back. Here's a few pics. Hope yall enjoy.

Started building a 'bed organizer' I guess we can call it. It seems I might have seen someone on here do something like this before, not sure. Was in Home Depot today and they have a scrap bin in one of the aisle's that was 70% off anything in the bin. There was a 3/4 sheet of 1/2" plywood in there so I snatched it up. Then I got four 1" × 3" x 8ft wood strips. So for about $17.00 I'm starting the latest chapter in Project: Ramen Noodles. I spent a couple hours measuring out all the contours of the inside of the bed and cutting it out. It fits pretty good. Im going to frame the sheet of plywood up on the 1x3s and then once we figure out where we want everything to be situated in the bed Im going to trace around everything and cut out the shapes with a jigsaw. Then the frosty adult beverage cooler and water jugs, gas jug, and my Milwaukee pack out box will all sink down into the cutouts. I will drill holes on each side of the cooler cutout and install stainless eyelets. I will also drill holes in the sides of the Milwaukee box and cooler and have stainless eyelets sticking out the sides of those also. I will then use turnbuckles to keep the cooler and Milwaukee box buckled down to the plywood floor. I also plan on having stainless eyelets sticking through the wood on either side of the water and fuel jugs, and just use bungees over the jugs from eye to eye. I plan on using the factory D-rings in the bed floor to help hold the wood sheet in with a clasp or something, but I dont really think it needs it. Its pretty snug. I really only see this thing being used at Pioneer takeover. Anywhere else we ride she has 4 or 5 girls riding with her and we drop the tailgate and put the cooler on the back. I plan on making a cooler holder for situations like that also, but thats another build. I'll show that on here too when that comes along. Btw, that Yuengling beer is some nasty s***! Steer clear. Ok heres pics.

My buddy Chris Burns wraps vehicles for a living and he's branched off into 4 wheelers and sxs's. My wife ordered this from him and he charged me a case of beer. I took the hood off this morning, stopped by Walmart and got 2 cases of budlite just to be nice and stopped by his house. He cleaned the hood up and put this on in like 30 minutes while we bulls***ted and sipped on cold ones. I think it turned out pretty good. He's in the Starke, Fl area if anybody is interested in something like this. Anyway, heres a few pics. :)

Ok folks, I got a little more done on the bed organizer. Placed everything just right and traced around everything, jigsawed the holes out and gave it a little light frame work underneath. Everything sinks down in like 3.5" deep. I just have to paint it and install the little eyelets to the sides of the boxes and stuff to strap, bungee, or use turnbuckles to keep everything in. Heres some pics. Mr. Wiggy the Wonder Piggy was no help at all. I'll update again later.

Looks like you have some space beside the cooler to throw some rain jackets underneath, as well as trail spare parts. Nice execution.

Nice setup and love your color combo. I’ve been looking for cooler but haven’t found one I liked. What size is yours? Have my yeti in there now but want a red/black one.

Bed organizer looks great

Wow!!! Thats a sexy machine you have there!! I love it! As for the cooler, its a 45 qt I think. Its an igloo that the wife got off of Amazon for like $20 with free shipping! It only holds ice for like a day or so lol.

Yes sir thats what I was thinking also. The space between the cooler and Milwaukee pack out box is where Im going to sandwich her spare axles, and the other space will be for sweaters and stuff like that to be bungeed in. :)
