I had ordered a new fan motor and received it today. I plan on getting it installed on Sunday.

Would be interesting to dismantle the old fan to see if mud inside or how sealed it is.

Had the same problem...took it to Honda under warranty, was the wire connector...they replaced free. Where wire plugged in to fan.
