After an hour of reviewing bushing joints, I dont know how to make something reasonable with the prices of off the shelf parts. I'm looking at making a set of Radius rods for $700

Arched lowers are useless, they just put everything else in harms way

We've been through several different races with these and never bent one
A lot of us need the arch for low speed stuff. Following my Pioneer in turf mode I bent both the front a-arm and radius rod on the talon at 5mph in the marsh. Ground clearance is important as the stock parts are 1 time use. The pioneer came back from the same spot with bent front a-arms 3 years in a row. Haven't bent an arched SuperATV arm yet.

I wouldn't expect a race to bend one anyway.
Well, not like we would bend them.
More so, getting caught on rocks.

I 100% think you need arched arms.
I bent one of my stock radius arms at TO24 this year. Jamie at Raceco makes some very nice items that I have on the Talons. His parts are well made and very refined. I installed CA Tech on mine after reading and watching reviews for probably everything on the market. Their front A Arms are nice

4 hours in Iowa Woods and hour after hour of Indiana XC racing you'd figure we'd bend them sooner or later

We've broken everything else

Looks like the kit from Dragon Fire, but painted. I want those for an X with Johnny Joints or bushings to replace the heims. That looks great.
They are Powdercoated not painted. I had mine stripped and powdercoated to match my car. I was doing 8 beadlock rings so i just put them in with that orded. You could Buy the radius rods for a R model and cut them down to the X spec and reuse the threaded bung. Use a good stock X for a length reference. The nice thing with Heim Joints is you can adjust for any slight varation in length.
