I carry a stock lug nut and a splined lug nut. My wheels don’t use the stock nuts but last Takeover someone was glad I had a spare because they lost two at least.

3/8 in socket set
1/2in breaker bar and 12-19 sockets
pliers
side cutters
channel locks
vise grips
wire stripper and crimped
assortment of eletrical connectors
assortment of cotter pins
8mm-24 mm wrenches
brake fluid
a few sizes of zip ties
tire plug kit
spare valve stems
tree saver
2 pulleys
4 clevis
1 50ft winch line extention "will prob leave at home since I have a new winch"
straight and Philip's screw drivers
hose clamp assortment
spare wheel studs and lights
1 hammer
disposable gloves
tire inflator going to get a co2 kit
20ft of 14ga wire
spare spark plugs for a 700 and 1000
2 tie rod ends
bug spray
toilet paper and wipes
assortment of mini and maxi fuses
bilge pump with a collapsible bucket
2.5 gal water
2.5 gal gas
1 long pick set

might be more I'll look tonight

Couple other things I carry that I have found useful

A light,always have a headlamp but this has been useful on several night rides

A small tarp so you don't have to repair on wet ground
