P500 Shifs hard

Anyone have this to?? When I shift up or down its pretty loud when it changes like its hitting really hard.

I have that to sometimes but its mostly the play in the rear end dif it plays catch up during shifts from the split second there isnt torque applied

just seems to be the norm and does not hurt anything
