Super ATV makes good products. It looks well built. I do like the latch system they chose. Lot cheaper then Honda's version and they claim its hard coated on both sides.

SuperATV’s new full windshield is the best windshield on the market. We started with the strongest, thickest, most scratch resistant material. The industry leading 1/4” thick AR Makrolon is much stronger than your average UTV windshield. The material is hard coated on both sides to provide scratch resistance for years of use.

Well I installed the super ATV windshield today. It was a very easy install. Took me about 15 minutes all together no hassle. The rubber molding on the bottom of the plexi was the hardest part to install. But with a little wiggling and firm pressure it snaps right in. The brackets that mount the plexi to the frame go in quickly and easily. I really like them because they sit very flush to the overall design and don't look bulky. Moving the windshield up to access the front hood area is easy. Just loosen the velcro of the mounts and slide the windshield up. Then retighten the velcro to hold the windshield in an elevated position. Overall I am pleased with the design and so is my 4 year old helper.we took it on a test drive to the mailbox afterwards and it worked great for keeping the wind and cold off of our faces. The only negative I can foresee is that the windshield is shorter than the overall height of the roll cage. I'm not sure how I will address that with a roof yet. I would recommend this windshield to others simply because price is good and install is super easy.looks like the mobile app will only let me install one photo at a time so here comes the string.

By the way HondaSxS I was able to bypass the "+" choosing a single file and then adding the file. One at a time. It worked but was pretty slow. A temp fix if nothing else.

Looking at the oem one, it does mesh with the roof.

I'm curious about rain and water. If it comes forward of the roof at any point it will dump into the cab unless the roof extends beyond the top lip.

Mine came in yesterday. As stated it is a nice windshield for the money. The only problem is the gasket. I can't seem to get mine to stay in place. I might try a piece of foam pipe insulation.

I had to apply some real firm pressure and a little wiggling. I could feel it click past an inner lip and then it held pretty good.

I would think it would all depend on how much air was flowing up and over the windshield. Then being directed by the roof into the low pressure area behind the windshield at speed. There's nothing to the sides to direct any air in so its flowing outward and helping to create the low pressure area.

Is it possible to open the hood to gain access to the storage compartment once the windshield is installed?

You can get to storage if you get the tip out windshield, for sure.

Super ATV windshield in the 500 isn't available in the tipout .So if I purchase the superatv windshield for the 500 can it be accessed easily.

an old inner tube trimmed out and Black Duct tape!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! pull it off in the summer tape it back when cold just like nascar any body southern carries atleast one roll !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
