Looking good but a ride "around the block" doesn't tell you much.
Get out there in the mud and then tell us what you think!
Hell, a ride around the block was all I had time for. I commute 150 miles round trip everyday. However, I have 2 months full of huntclub workdays on weekends in August and Sept so it'll get some use ....

Trail Armor skids here ... hope to install next weekend.

Some progress this weekend ... pics below

First, that is to who ever posted up about these brackets, they are the bees knees!
Traveller 1 in. Adjustable Tube Mount - For Life Out Here

They allowed for easy installation of the cube spot and flood lights I got during Amazon Prime day.

Now for pics ....

Got a new labeler so I was able to catch up on labeling all of my add on electrical so that when things don't work in the future, I am not looking at a relay going, WTF does this do?
IMG 1746

Rear flood lights mounted with the brackets above. Lights are outside of cage for bed clearance when dumping ... will have to see how vulnerable these are.
IMG 1747

IMG 1748

Also mounted a camo lightbar on the bumper (combo spot and flood) and flood lights on the A pillars on the cage. I have another camo bar that I may mount at the base of the windshield.
IMG 1749

IMG 1750

Got a second fire extinguisher and mounted them on the cage on both sides between B and C pillars.

IMG 1751

No pics with lights on yet. I have a bunch o electrical stuff coming that will allow me to complete that.

Been working my tail off adding electrical. I don't mind electrical work, but it is tedious and I can never make it look as neat as I'd like to. Probably has something to do with the fact that I hate tracing bad grounds enough that I run grounds from all the accessories back to ground posts that are directly attached to both batteries ..... so now for pics!

mystic switch plate loaded and ready to install

For JTW, a focus on the background ....
IMG 1783

Wiring details. I used a XTC Power Products 6 circuit setup and added a couple of circuits.
IMG 1784

Note the dielectric erase and labeled connectors
IMG 1785

Under hood details. No room for anything else that's for sure. It looks a mess, but everything that is in the way of maintenance is setup to be easily disconnected.

Brief distraction is the seat covers that @100Acre setup for a group buy. They are very nice.

I appreciate your setting that up ...

So what are the switches for?

1) interior winch control
2) led bar on bumper
3) led cubes on a pillars
4) dome lights
5) trunk monkey lights (bed light)
6) cooling fan
7) rear facing led cubes
8) power for stereo

Switches with the exception of the winch control are green "on" indicator over amber lighting. Winch is amber over amber. The amber lights are energized only when there is power to the switches.

Dome lights (el cheapo Amazon daytime running light strips) are BRIGHT

Spent some time on the morning of the eclipse flat on my back installing the Trail Armor skids. Best money spent so far.

Beat the bejesus out of them a few times at Windrock and just a few scrapes. Pics to follow.

A few tweaks

9808431c2ec79af0c1836a459c40bff9
Removed the A pillar cubes and replaced them with a 50” SuperBrite LED bar. Bar was for @RiverRat07 build but her better half nixed it.

When my better half sees it she will probably nix it too so I’ll need some support on how long it takes to install so we ought to just leave it

Bed42b2906dfc4d610a096b3567df091

Also moved the rear cubes from the C pillar to under the bed
