Looks very similar to what I’m using! Other than cleaning them occasionally I have no complaints!

Decided to upgrade two of the 4” Boss speakers with these...

These should be a huge improvement over the BOSS 4” front. I will use the boss enclosures with the KICKER upgrades and use the white grills! Should look sweet!

My next set will most likely be 5 1/4” roof mounted! Was planning on getting them this time but these BOSS just cant handle loud volume without distorting.

Had a few hours today so I installed the Rockford Fosgate Capacitor...

Still too early to tell! I have noticed the Volt meter in the console that reads the aux battery isn’t dropping as it was before! Will test a little tomorrow and report back

With rain for 3 days straight I didn’t get a chance to test the impact of the added Capacitor! Today was the first day it didn’t rain and decided to install my replacement 4” KICKER!

They sound so nice I’m going to purchase another set to replace the remaining to two BOSS 4”

Made some changes and ordered my roof mounted speaker pods and speakers today

Looks kind of cool but not really crazy about the speaker wires extending out that far. Had to relocate mirrors upward on ROPS about a foot.

6 1/2” KICKER Marine speakers- qty 2 powered by KICKER 300.4 Marine amp 75 watts rms
10” KICKER COMP dual voice coil subwoofer- qty 1 powered by KICKER 500.1 Marine amp 250 watts rms @ 2 ohms
BAZOOKA 6x9’s in FROGHEAD Enclosure-qty Powered by KICKER 300.4 Marine amp 75 watts rms

Got the other set of 4” kickers in yesterday and installed them.

Took her for a ride yesterday to test how it sounded in this configuration and with the new KICKER’s and...it sounds nice! No more distortion at loud volumes!

But...It’s not there yet.

With the 6 1/2’s installed I think she’ll have the sound I have been searching for!

Also, amps haven’t kicked out since the install of the cap and I have had it CRANKED

Another heavy rain last night so took her for a ride this morning. Running muddy trails, some hill climbing, a few water filled ditches, and a few jumps

So after cleaning her up noticed distortion coming from my front left speaker. Found a loose wire from the cone to the speaker connector. Decided to just solder it instead of waiting for replacements.

Received the enclosures today, cut some holes, test fitted speakers, and test fit roof placement.

These are a nice quality enclosure. I am happy with my purchase

Removed the roof and attached with a few screws, clamped it down and temporarily hooked up speakers to test. Have some quick attach terminals ordered. Damn she sounds nice!!!!! Exactly what she needed! The Bass is insane! The highs and mids are crisp and clear! And the Rockford Cap is performing flawlessly! No more kicking out!

Now I need to fab a bar to move the FROGHEAD enclosures back about a foot or so and I think she’s going to be one of the baddest systems in a P5 on the planet or at least ND
