P1000 Transmission won't shift out of first gear

Need some help guys my transmission stuck in first gear in Low and in high sometimes in low it will shift into second gear manually by the paddle shifter only has a code 6–7 he goes in to let mode at the ride around for a minute or two

that's a loose or poor contact on the front VS sensor connector or bad sensor
