All it had was a little GTX and a little 426 HEMI on the fender. When I drive past that house I wonder every time. A buddy picked me up in his new 5.9 L. Don’t know the size, but just under a Hellcat. He bought a supercharger after. I said scare me. Haha. He couldn’t. But yeah fast. I asked him what was the top so far. He said 280 klms , that’s around 160 mph, but it felt like it was going to go BANG. It would do it but it wouldn’t. If you know what I mean. Haha

The SRT Challengers and Chargers originally had 6.1 HEMIS, the Demon has 6.2's,and the latest SRT shaker Challenger HEMIS are 6.4L's. Not sure about the later Chargers but I think all Hellcats are all 6.2 but different parts than the Demon.

Nice to see they are still making Horsepower. I watch Fast and Loud, I love when Richard beats the Hellcat. Cool

A guy that grew up not far from me, built a T bucket. 454, huge blower, and everything chrome. The car was yellow. He lived three blocks from me and when he started that up, you could hear that blower whistle. It had wheelie bars that were there for a reason. One of the best motor builders and fab guys around. Some company in North Carolina offered him so much money he couldn’t refuse. Plus better weather for nice cars. See how I get the trend in there. Haha

Mud is better than fire any day. Plus the Blackwaters love it. Haha. I cut big Black Spruce all one winter years ago. It sucks when the snow turns to ice then mud. Fun. Can’t set anything down. Haha, yup. No fun.

The irony is we will likely have more wildfires. In drought there is not alot of prescribed fire. In normal moisture everyone burns so there are more escapes. The grass is laid over so while it wont burn as hot it will be harder to put out. Then the mud makes it difficult for the trucks to get off road. A few FDs have started getting utv but they are few and far between. Many times I have been buried up to the frame in a brush truck.
This year I would say close to 5 million acres will burn in this state with most the first 2 weeks of april.

Holy Crap. There is no happy medium is there. We’re pretty lucky here in Nova Scotia, we usually get some rain in the summer. Not much last year, but enough. My friends ranch in southern Alberta gets pretty dry. They have to pay water rights to be able to take water out of the river that flows by his property. They get pretty dry too. Not good for the alfalfa. Don’t know if you’ve heard the song, The Ford got stuck, the chev got stuck and the farmer drove right by in the big Hedorite truck. Haha something like that. But his neighbors are the Hedorites. Haha. But same thing, either really dry or lots of mud. Usually everything is frozen solid when I’m there hunting. Keep us informed with the weather this spring too.

We always get lots of snow in Cape Breton. The woods can get pretty dry in the summer, sometimes the DNR closes it to anybody working or playing in the woods, So have to stay on the dirt roads. But then it’s that Babypowder dust. Haha

Yup. He said he’s going to try and get water rights. More money when he sells. Some farms have those half mile long sprinklers that move by water pressure. It’s crazy they can even move.

Pouring rain today. Around 48 degrees. Snow is melting fast. Good. Good day for puttering.

used to have a snow mobile, from the trail in my backyard you can go anywhere in ny state. but you have to either pay 100 a year for registration or 100 to local club and 10 registration, the club gets groomers and supplies.most years you can use it a couple months but then you have years like this and few days was all. the quads you can use all year
