I know a lot of you guys are dealing with bitter temps and snow, but I have had it good 60s and 70s but it has rained all weekend and will rain every day this coming week and next weekend if nothing changes it is getting old. I have cancelled 2 riding trips because of it. I have to work in it so I don't care to be in it when I don't have to.
I know what you mean!

I’ve worked outside my whole life. I hear ya. But when it’s 34 or 35 degrees and raining, that really sucks having to work all day in that. It doesn’t matter how good of a rain suit you have on, you still seem to get wt down your back or lifting your arms up, down your sleeves, and gloves suck. Haha. So I know how you feel. 60 or 70 would be nice right now.

I know my complaints sound more like whining I know you have it a lot tougher in canada, and the members up north as well.

Haha . All regional. You get used to where you work. The worst was going to work and having to scrape the ice off the 2x6s to get ready to start work. I’m retired now so I don’t go out in it to work anymore. Haha. Play , yes, work no. Are the peach blossoms out yet. Georgia sounds and looks so nice.

My dad's peach trees are getting close to blooming. I like our GA weather but as time goes by me and the wife talk about making a move somewhere different when we close to retirement I don't want to work past 60. So we toy with the idea but we just built our house about a year and a half ago. And I am very happy with it.

I have a fruit farmer friend and they've lost 30 percent of there peach crop already, keep telling him to put the Contender variety, there a late peach, but I'm not a farmer!

Maybe a little farther north would be nice we both like the mountains and we drive there to ride. Her family is in Colorado it's pretty to visit but we would never live there. But they are in grand junction , it's a lot better than the eastern part of the state.

We lost a lot of our apples last year from a late frost. The Annapolis Valley in Nova Scotia is famous for the apples. I’ve got an Apple tree that has five different apples on it. They blossom at different times. Still lost them all last year. No peach trees. Backwoods and Smitty should post pictures of the peach blossoms. I’d like to see that.

I don’t know if I could handle the heat in the summer in Georgia. 30 years ago we went on our honeymoon to St Pete’s. I fried and lived in the water. Haha. You don’t want to move anywhere there is snow. Most people my age are moving south for the winter’s. Must be nice. Haha.

My tree has Hunny Crisp, Red and Golden delicious, Gala, andddd haha, one more.Begins with A , haha. They start with a , say Red delicious and graft other types on the tree. We would go to the valley every year when the kids were young. Some guys get huge trailer loads of drops for hunting. My buddy in Alberta was so proud of his five different type tree, and we came back a week later and the deer had every branch chewed so there was only a stick where the tree was. Too funny.

It’s around 20 degrees this morning. A bit of snow coming today. I’m tired of snow. I want sunshine and 75 degrees. 10 days till March.
