Woke up to tornado warning this morning at 4:30. Nothing really happen got some small hail and lotta rain for about 30 minutes. Low tonight 30 work our way up to a high of almost 80 by Friday with rain in forecast for Saturday.

I’ll take it, except for the tornado warning.
It started raining after supper here and it’s pouring. Thunder and lightning. No tornadoes. Hopefully.
Clear by the morning but only 38 tops. My wife is going golfing with the girls. Haha. They are tough. Haha

We got a snowfall warning for over 6” of snow tomorrow. Yuck. Snowblower is ready, just need to put the pins in the plow on the bike. But on the weekend it’s going to be over 50 degrees and pouring rain again. Christmas Eve would have been good for that.

25 headed for 32 and <1" of snowy dust stuff. Yesterday they had black ice on I 90 and lots of sliding cars,etc. WA trouper proudly proclaimed...remember you can't do 70 mph in the snow...maybe not 50. SLOW DOWN DUMBer!!

We have a warning for up to 30 cm , that’s almost a foot, for those who don’t know, over night and tomorrow morning. But there will still be idiots trying to drive 60 on the highway.

When we lived in AK the plows left "snow berms" on the side of the road and folks thought they were there so they would play "bumper cars" with their vehicles. We lived at 2500 above sea level with 5 switch-backs on the way down the hill...don't miss that part.

I went to work years ago in my old FJ40 and went over a hill and everyone was playing bumper cars. Into trees, cars , walls, I jammed the brakes and slammed her into reverse. She stopped on the hill. Everyone just looked, like, how the hell did you do that. Haha. Then I just rolled down and slowed down with reverse.
Don’t want to do that again, ever.

I had an FJ Crusier. 08.
And that’s what my FJ40 was , a ‘74. It was a tank. I actually pulled a city bus full of people up a street in a snowstorm one day. Everyone was clapping on the bus, and the driver said if he didn’t see it, he would never have believed it. My brother put a fuel injection on it for me. Really improved mileage and worked a lot better.
The 08 was a beast also. I have a buddy with a Jeep, I told him when he got stuck, call me and I’ll come get you, but be sure I’ll bring my camera. He was stuck by himself a few times, once for a full day, and no way would he call me. Haha

I got stuck in a field in Turkey and it took 2 tractors to get me out. I was hunting hogs and I got a free dinner for that.
I've had 11 Jeeps and still have my 58 FC 150. FJ 40 beat them all.

We definitely got over a foot of snow. Opening the back door to let the dog out, the snow was 6” over the bottom of the door. Going to be a sucky day.

We're at 28 headed for 30 something then cold and wet for the weekend...maybe snow to 18"-36" above 4K and up to a foot in the lowlands.

Guess you heard about the Nuffie. Came running into the bedroom yelling "it's a miracle"...I walked to the bathroom and opened the door and the light came on by itself. I took a leak and closed the door and the light went out by itself...I must have "super powers" to make that happen. Wife woke from a sound sleep and yelled...you dumb ass...you pissed in the refrigerator again.

And a motor and transmission, both of which are setting just there in a shed….
